Curbside pickup orders are offered the same return and exchange privileges as in-store purchases. These returns and exchanges will need to be brought into the store and handled by a member of our staff. We cannot meet you at your car or complete a refund over the telephone or via email.
Food purchases are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If your pet doesn't like the food you've selected, we will happily exchange it for another of our premium foods within 30 days of purchase. Food must be returned in the original packaging.
We accept returns of unopened and unused treats, toys and other merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued via store credit, applied to a customer’s Loyalty account. Non-Loyalty members must provide a receipt for returns/exchanges and will receive credit via store gift card.
Opened/used merchandise, merchandise purchased on sale, goods sold on consignment, unwrapped chew bar items, beds, carriers, crates, seasonal and special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
As noted on our FAQ page, we do not deliver. However, should we do so in the future, all returns and exchanges must be handled in-store.
